Virtual Reception service, Message Pad can offer you a fast web based personal dairy service which only you and your Message Pad operators can access. This means that we ensure bookings, appointments and meetings can be set even if you are out of the office and you can view and enter details into the same diary our operators work from via a secure internet access. If you would rather we didn’t make firm appointments, our operators can simply determine your availability during the call, suggest a “to be confirmed” date and time and advise them that you will ring back to confirm the details.
Benefits
As your personal diary is web based, it updates in real-time to avoid double bookings. You can access your diary at any time, even at the same time as Message Pad, so you can see appointments being made on your behalf as they come in.
As we make an appointment for you, the details, or suggested date and time, will be sent to you immediately by e-mail and/or text message to your mobile phone so that you can respond quickly if you are away from your office.
