orders and credit card details, brochure requests and

divert all your calls to us leaving you free to get on with day
to day business or you can set the divert so that calls only
come to us when your telephone lines become busy or would be
unanswered. Either way, complete call details will be sent to
you at the times, or intervals, you have specified so that you
can process the orders and requests in a timely fashion.

Enhanced services
To help your callers with their orders, we can include your stock list database within your account. Our operators can then identify the item the caller requires, ascertain colour, size, quantity etc and so pass on to you a complete order request by product reference numbers, if you use them.
Additionally, if your stock is particularly fast moving, we may be able to set up a view into your own databases via secure, password protected web access so that we can check stock levels in real-time whilst your caller is on the line. |
