By using the “divert on no reply or busy” setting from your telecoms provider, you won’t have to worry about callers hearing an engaged tone. And this applies round-the-clock. As Message Pad operates 7 call centres across the UK, there is always someone available to take your call, no matter what time of day it is or where your business or customers are located.

Enhanced service – advertising response

If you’re expecting a big increase in telephone calls because of advertising, a press release or a special project, for example, we can set up a specific area within your account designed just to handle those sorts of calls. We can take all the details you need, such as checking which advert the caller has seen, taking their full contact details, what service or product they are interested in and a best time for you to call back, if appropriate. We can then send a separate e-mail, or batch file of call details, to a specific address so that you can keep your day-to-day messages and your advertising responses completely separate.
